PTCOG-NA and hosts UW Medicine/SCCA Proton Therapy Center welcomes all attendees to the following official social events and tours to feature at 7th PTCOG-NA Annual Conference. As full schedules and any protocols are finalized for the given venues we will provide further updates.

SCCA Proton Therapy Center Tour

Take the opportunity to visit and see SCCA’s cutting edge Proton Therapy technology. Also, a perfect opportunity to network and socialize with attendees. Participants need to register as spaces are limited. The tour is included within the 7th PTCOG-NA registration fee and transport will be arranged for participants.

The event many have missed after a solid year to 18 months of virtual meetings. We are now finalizing negotiations for an exclusive venue in Seattle’s vibrant Capitol Hill area.  This will be the perfect opportunity to socialize, network and enjoy a great meal and entertainment. Full details coming very soon. Registration is required and not included in the registration fee.

UW Medical Cyclotron Facility

Known to many as a gem of the US in the medical community, take the opportunity to visit this unique facility and learn about this exciting technology firsthand. The tour will also be combined with the PTCOG-NA RB Optimization Workshop.  

For an insight into what you can expect watch this video. Participants need to register for the tour as spaces are limited. The tour is included within the 7^th PTCOG-NA Registration Fee and transport will be arranged.
